Terms of Agreement

1. Agreements for collecting and using personal information
   A. Purpose of collecting your personal information: to provide SAS(Security Assessment System) system service and management for intercompany transaction and information exchange.
   B. Personal information that will be collected: 
      - Mandatory: ID, Password, Name, Company Telephone Number, E-mail
      - Optional: Company name , Department, Position, Business description, Cellular phone Number
   C. Period of personal information holding: until the end of SAS(Security Assessment System) system service (account inactivation). 
       After inactivate your account, your personal information will be deleted. However, in order to handle claim and dispute afterward, your personal information will be saved in your division for one year after the inactivation.
   D. If you disagree with this personal agreement, you may not be able to use the SAS(Security Assessment System) system service.


2. Agreement for providing personal information to the third party
   A. If you agree with the agreements for collecting and using your personal information above, the company may provide your personal information to the third party(Hyundai Autoever Co., Ltd.)
   B. To provide the authority for company's system, related companies might be able to access the information that is collected by the company.
   C. If you disagree with the agreement to provide your personal information to related companies, you may not be able to use the SAS(Security Assessment System) system service.
